How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > TrainingOS > Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the TrainingOS charge, and request a refund.

Can I use TrainingOS for free?

Yes. The free tier includes unlimited manual workout tracking, progress calendar, personal records, streak tracking, and 1 AI generation per month. Pro unlocks unlimited AI features.

How does YouTube Import work?

Paste any fitness video URL and our AI analyzes the video to extract exercises, sets, reps, and rest periods into a structured workout you can track and log.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your data is stored with row-level security in Supabase, meaning only you can access your own data. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS.

How do I delete my account?

Visit our account deletion page for full details. Send an email to support@trainingos.app with the subject "Delete My Account" and we'll remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.

The app is crashing or not loading

Try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store, then email us with your device model and iOS version.

My subscription isn't showing as active

Try restoring purchases: go to Profile > Manage Subscription > Restore Purchases. If it still doesn't work, email us with your Apple ID email and we'll investigate.
