What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we permanently remove the following within 30 days:

• Your account profile and authentication credentials
• All workout history, logged sets, reps, and weights
• Personal records, streaks, and progress data
• Saved workouts, favorites, and custom programs
• Wellness logs, protocol data, and check-in history
• AI-generated content and coaching history

Before You Delete

• Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > TrainingOS to cancel.
• This action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
• Export your data. If you'd like a copy of your workout history before deletion, mention it in your request and we'll provide an export.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to support@trainingos.app with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your TrainingOS account.

We'll confirm receipt within 24 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.
