TrainingOS is a fitness tracking and workout planning application. It allows you to create, import, and log workouts; track personal records and progress; use AI-powered workout generation and coaching; and log wellness protocols. The app is available on iOS.
You must create an account to use TrainingOS. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Free Tier: Includes limited AI generation (1 per month), unlimited manual workout tracking, progress calendar, personal records, and streak tracking.
Pro Subscription: Available as a monthly ($5.99/month) or annual ($49.99/year) plan. Pro unlocks unlimited AI generations, YouTube import, Smart Builder, Favorites Remix, AI Coach, and progressive overload suggestions.
The annual Pro subscription includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged $49.99 for the first year. Free trials are limited to one per Apple ID.

TrainingOS uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate workout plans, parse video content, and provide coaching responses. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies. You should:
We are not responsible for injuries or adverse outcomes resulting from following AI-generated workout recommendations.
TrainingOS is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
The Wellness features, including protocol tracking, dosing calculators, injection site rotation, and daily check-ins, are personal logging tools only. They do not constitute medical recommendations, diagnoses, or treatment plans.
TrainingOS allows you to import workout structures from YouTube videos. We do not host, store, or redistribute YouTube video content. The import feature extracts exercise information from video metadata and AI analysis. All video content remains on YouTube and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.
The TrainingOS app, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by TrainingOS. Your workout data and personal content remain yours. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
